Founded by Er. Ben Beddyson in 1998, BENS REALTORS is an architectural firm of professionals and experts in Kerala. Our prime goal is developing urban living environments that enhance and enrich people’s lives.
The firm was driven by passion towards architecture with a conceptual approach to designs. Founded on the belief that architecture has a powerful impact on enriching people’s lives and enhancing the world we live in.
In these years, Ar. Reshma C. Beddyson and Er. Jinson M. Emanuel alongside Er. Ben Beddyson have been designing public and private buildings, transformation of urban areas, and public spaces.
